We process your personal data for the following purposes: so that we can contact you, for the ordering process, for drawing up quotes and agreements, so that we can inform you of changes to our services or products, so that we can deliver our products or services to you, to send newsletters if you have given your consent, for general or targeted offers, for your account on our website, and to post reviews. We only process personal data that is necessary for these purposes.

You then have the right to have your personal data corrected. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to have less data processed, the right to withdraw consent you have given, and the right to data portability. Correction means rectification, supplementation, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Send your request to catering@kenjekom.nl. You will receive a response within four weeks. We would also like to draw your attention to the possibility of lodging a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security

To protect your personal data we use security software such as a virus scanner and firewall, a secure internet connection, backups, encryption, automatic deletion of outdated data, and DNSSEC.
Retention of personal data
We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the stated purposes. Where statutory retention requirements apply, personal data will not be retained beyond the legally prescribed period.
