Christmas catering for businesses starts from €28.50 to €62.50 per person excluding VAT, depending on the format. A Christmas lunch at the office is the most affordable option. A Christmas drinks reception with canapés and a bar starts from €33.50 per person, a warm-delivered Christmas buffet from €36.50, and a fully staffed Christmas dinner or walking dinner from €49.50 to €62.50 per person. The final price is determined primarily by staff, drinks and the venue.

Staff. The biggest variable. We work with one service member of staff per 15 to 20 guests at dinners and walking dinners, one buffet attendant per 80 guests, and one chef per 100 to 120 guests when cooking on site. Above 200 guests, a chef de partie is added. Delivery without staff is available for drinks receptions, lunches and buffets.
Drinks. A bar with fizz, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options is included in a drinks reception package. At dinners, drinks are often charged per consumption or as a package. Note the VAT difference: food is 9%, alcohol is 21%.
Venue. Your own office is the most cost-effective option. External venues without a kitchen are no problem; we bring the kitchen and equipment with us, and you will see this reflected in equipment and staffing costs. We deliver even without a loading bay.
Timing. The second and third weeks of December are the busiest of the year. Book by mid-October at the latest for popular dates. Changes can still be made up to 7 working days before the event.
Delivery and minimum order. For delivery without staff, a minimum order value of €175 excluding VAT applies in our core region of The Hague, Delft, Rotterdam and Westland, and €500 for cities including Amsterdam and Utrecht.
