Which venues we work with

We are resident caterer at four listed venues in South Holland and work as catering partner with several museums, conference centres and wedding venues. Our foundation: one team that gets to know your venue, prices fixed for twelve months and menu formats tailored to your type of events.

We are looking for structural partnerships with four types of venues: museums and cultural institutions, conference centres and corporate venues, wedding venues and beach pavilions. For each type we have a separate approach that fits the character of the building.

Our current resident caterer venues

Four listed venues where we provide catering on a structural basis. Every partnership began with one trial event and grew into a rolling contract.

  • Nieuwe Kerk Delft

Weddings · memorial services · corporate

Weddings, memorial services and corporate receptions at one of the Netherlands' most striking wedding venues. As resident caterer we handle all catering and equipment on site.

    Resident caterer for several years.
  • De Grote Kerk The Hague

Conferences · gala · corporate events

Conferences, corporate events and gala evenings in the listed church at the heart of The Hague. We work here with menu formats suited to the impressive scale of the space.

Resident caterer on a fixed contract.
  • Sociรซteit De Vereeniging (Kings Ballroom)

Ballroom · members' club · gala

House manager and resident caterer. We take care of all events in Kings Ballroom and the members' floors, from weddings to corporate anniversaries and high-end client events.

House manager model with full responsibility.
  • Escher in het Paleis

    Museum · opening · donor

Caterer from 2026 for exhibition openings, VIP dinners and donor evenings. Our approach is designed for a museum setting with sensitive floors and strict waste-disposal rules.

    Permanent caterer from 2026, non-exclusive.

How our partnership works

1. Introduction meeting. You show us your venue, your event types and your annual rhythm. We listen and think alongside you.

2. Tailored proposal. Pricing structure, standard menus, staffing and equipment list. Agreed for the full year or contract period.

3. Trial event. One event together before the contract is signed. That way you know it works.

4. Rolling contract. Typically one to three years. Prices frozen, pass-through model transparent.

5. One point of contact. A dedicated contact person on your side, a dedicated project manager on ours.

From first conversation to partnership

Which venue types we serve

We have a separate approach for each venue type, with a team that understands the specific challenges involved.

  • Museums and cultural institutions: monument-friendly equipment, no open flame, discreet service in sensitive spaces
  • Conference centres and corporate venues: fixed daily menu schedule, break times to the minute, multi-day menu variety
  • Wedding venues: seasonal menu card, prices frozen for 12 months, couple briefing handled by KOM
  • Beach pavilions: mobile kitchen, sand- and saltwater-proof equipment, seasonal contracts
  • Event venues (ballrooms, churches, country estates): production oversight for large events, rolling bar formats
  • Hotels without their own catering brigade: outsourced kitchen model with our own staff for events

What you no longer have to arrange

As a venue owner or venue manager, you know how much time goes into event organisation. With a permanent catering partner, a large part of that work simply disappears.

No separate quotes for every event. No new chefs who do not know your kitchen. No changing waiting staff your guests do not recognise. No equipment in and out for every event. No ad hoc discussions about dietary menu options. No briefing from scratch with every booking.

What we ask in return

We look for partnerships where mutual investment generates real returns. For a fixed contract we ask for three things.

First, a minimum of six events per year at your venue. Below that threshold we work on a per-event rate. Second, access to the space for an intake meeting, kitchen operations check and menu testing. Third, a willingness to get to know our permanent team, because that is where the real value lies.

For embassies, ministries and international organisations

Alongside venue partnerships, we work as a permanent caterer for embassies, ministries and international organisations in The Hague. Our hosts are trained in diplomatic protocol. Our menus meet halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free requirements without separate contract negotiations.

For venue managers

Register your venue as a partner

We are always looking for exceptional venues to work with structurally. Historic building, modern event space, outdoor location or beach pavilion: if the venue and ambition align, we would like to have the conversation.

As a preferred supplier or house caterer, we handle the culinary side of your events. You focus on the venue, we focus on the food and service. Please note: the form fields below are in Dutch.

  • Reliable catering partner for your guests
  • HACCP-certified and fully electric delivery
  • Experienced with government, corporate and formal events
  • Listing on our website as partner venue

Frequently asked questions about catering partnerships

At which venues is KOM the resident caterer?

KOM is the resident caterer at Nieuwe Kerk Delft, De Grote Kerk The Hague, Sociรซteit De Vereeniging (Kings Ballroom The Hague) and Escher in het Paleis. These are venues where we provide catering on a structural basis under a rolling contract.

What is the difference between resident caterer and preferred supplier?

As resident caterer, we hold a rolling contract with fixed pricing and set menu formats. As a preferred supplier, we submit a quote per event but have priority on new enquiries. Both arrangements are open for discussion.

From how many events per year does a catering partnership make sense?

From six events per year, a fixed contract with frozen rates becomes worthwhile. For venues with fewer events we are also happy to work, but on a per-event rate. At the trial event we discuss together which arrangement suits best.

How does invoicing work under a venue partnership?

As standard, we invoice per event to the end client or to the venue, depending on your business model. Under a rolling contract we hold one contract with the venue and work with an agreed pass-through model. We are glad to think through the administrative set-up with you.

Can you work at venues without an on-site kitchen?

Yes. We bring mobile kitchen units, refrigeration and full logistics. For beach pavilions and historic venues without a kitchen this is our standard approach. Sand- and saltwater-proof equipment for beach locations, monument-friendly for churches and museums.

Can we do a trial event before signing a contract?

Yes, that is our standard approach. We do one event together first to see whether the way of working is a good fit. Only then do we discuss contract arrangements. That way both parties have a clear picture of day-to-day practice before any commitment is made.
