Menu changes seasonally. Supplements apply for lamb and sirloin.

Intake
We discuss the occasion, guest numbers, venue and your requirements. By phone or on location.
Tailored proposal
You receive a concrete proposal with menu, price and schedule. Including options for wine and dietary requirements.
Preparation
We confirm allergens, timings and logistics. The team prepares everything on the day of the event.
On the day
Our team is on location. One point of contact oversees timing and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Aftercare
We clear up afterwards and confirm the invoice. No surprises after the event.
Wine & food
A fine dinner deserves the right glass. Owner Paco Bleeker, a trainee oenologist at the Wine Academy, will put together a wine arrangement on request that complements the menu.

Request a wine arrangementA walking dinner can be informal, but it can equally take on the feel of fine dining. The format suits corporate networking drinks receptions just as well as galas and private dining. By working with small courses on quality tableware, considered wine pairings, chefs who finish dishes on the spot and a team that announces each course as it is served, you create a gastronomic experience within a dynamic format. For 30 to 250 guests this format scales well. For larger groups we work out staffing, service points and flow routes in advance.
