KOM provides vegan catering for corporate events, weddings, anniversaries and receptions in The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam. Not as an afterthought, but as a full part of the menu. Plant-based dishes are composed with the same care as everything else.
Many clients choose a mixed menu: part plant-based, part not. KOM prepares both streams separately, labels everything clearly and ensures every guest is well looked after. Allergies and additional dietary requirements are always discussed in advance.
Active in The Hague, Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden, Rijswijk, Zoetermeer and the Westland region. For larger events we travel throughout South Holland.

Vegan catering in every format
Whether it is a lunch buffet or a walking dinner for 400 guests: KOM composes a plant-based menu that suits the setting and the occasion.
Plant-based buffet
A fully or partially plant-based standing buffet. Hot and cold, seasonal and at a high standard. KOM handles set-up, service and clear-down on site.
Vegan walking dinner
Multiple courses, passed around or served at stations. Amuse-bouches, warm canapés, a main course and dessert. Fully plant-based or combined with non-vegan courses.
Lunch catering
Plant-based lunch catering for the office or a corporate event. Sandwiches, salads, soup, wraps and side dishes. Delivered or fully catered on site.
Drinks reception
Plant-based finger food and canapés for a drinks reception. Small dishes passed around or presented on a table. Suitable for mixed groups.
Wedding catering
KOM provides vegan or partly plant-based catering for weddings. From the welcome drinks reception to dinner for all guests, including wine advice from Paco Bleeker.

How KOM handles vegan catering
Vegan catering requires different preparation from a standard menu. KOM accounts for this in the sourcing, the cooking and the presentation on site.
Separate preparation
Plant-based and non-plant-based dishes are always prepared separately. Cross-contamination is prevented. This applies to kitchen equipment and tableware as well.
Clear labelling
All dishes are labelled with ingredients and allergens. Guests always know what they are eating. KOM is HACCP-certified.
Seasonal ingredients
KOM works with seasonal ingredients. The menu reflects the time of year and what is available. That results in better dishes.
Allergies discussed upfront
Dietary requirements and allergies are always covered in the intake conversation. KOM incorporates these into the menu proposal and the on-site execution.
Our own staff
KOM brings its own service staff. The number of team members is matched to the number of guests and the format of the event.
Equipment included
Crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and display equipment are all included. KOM brings everything and takes it all away again. The venue is left clean.

KOM is HACCP-certified and a member of Food100. This applies to plant-based menus as much as to any other. Food safety is not an afterthought at KOM — it is a fixed part of every event.
KOM's kitchen is 100% electric and gas-free. That is not only a sustainability choice, but also a practical one for on-site catering in The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam.
For events where wine is served, Paco Bleeker, a wine sommelier in training at the Wine Academy, advises on a wine package that complements the plant-based menu.
