How much does catering cost per person?

The price per person depends on the type of catering, number of guests and level of service required. For lunch or buffet, a typical guide price is between €20 and €45 per person. Full-service event catering including staff, equipment and drinks is priced higher. You will always receive a tailored proposal.

Do you supply equipment as well?

Yes. We supply crockery and cutlery, glassware, poseur tables, buffet layouts, refrigeration and practical event equipment. Everything is agreed in advance so that on-site execution runs smoothly and without surprises.

How quickly do you respond to a quote request?

Usually within 24 hours. For larger events it can take a little longer, as we want to get the planning and logistics right from the start. You will always receive a confirmation, and where it helps we will follow up with a brief call.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For most enquiries, 2 weeks ahead is a good guideline. For larger events we recommend 4 to 8 weeks. Less time than that? Feel free to ask — sometimes we can still make it work.

Can you cater at venues without a kitchen?

Yes. We are set up for venues with limited or no kitchen facilities. We bring our own equipment for service and temperature control, and make sure timing and execution on site are spot on.

Where do you deliver?

We work mainly across South Holland and the Randstad area, including The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, Zoetermeer, Rijswijk, Gouda and Dordrecht. Amsterdam and Utrecht are also possible, depending on numbers and planning.

What options are there for luxury catering at an event?

At KOM, luxury catering is not only about refined dishes. It also lies in preparation, timing, presentation and service. For events we work with several formats: walking dinners and seated dinners for corporate evenings, full event catering for galas and anniversaries, private dining for intimate dinners, and high-end drinks receptions. For each occasion we choose the format that suits the programme and the occasion.

Can you create bespoke catering for corporate and private events?

Yes. For corporate dinners, client appreciation events, anniversaries and board-level events we tailor the menu, structure and service to the audience and the programme. For private events (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, private dining) we work with the same precision, with a personal touch that suits the occasion. Bespoke catering means the standard menu is a starting point, not the final word.

Do you provide exclusive catering for galas, anniversaries or private dining?

Yes. For galas, corporate anniversaries and elegant receptions we provide high-end event catering including staff, drinks, glassware and equipment. For private dining we work with a multi-course menu, food and wine advice, and chefs who finish dishes on site. We cater for events of 20 to 800 guests, at a venue or at your home. We work methodically and thoroughly, so the evening itself feels relaxed.
