You receive a concrete proposal with menu, pricing and schedule. Including options for wine and dietary requirements.

We confirm allergens, timings and logistics. The team prepares everything in advance of the event day.

Delivery

Our team is on site. One point of contact monitors the timing and ensures everything runs smoothly until the last guest leaves.

High-quality event catering requires more than a beautiful menu. For galas, anniversaries, stylish receptions and large corporate events, we build the complete picture: course structure, drinks, waiting staff, chefs, glassware, equipment and logistics. For each event we look at the programme, the expectations of the guests and the pace of the evening, so that it works both culinarily and organisationally. For us, quality lies not in outward show but in preparation, timing and a calm, controlled delivery.

We provide event catering for 20 to more than 800 guests. From an intimate boardroom lunch to a large-scale gala or conference.
Yes. We are fully equipped for venues without kitchen facilities. We bring all necessary equipment, materials and staff.
Included as standard: food and drinks, waiting staff, crockery and glassware, logistical planning and a single point of contact. Wine pairings, decoration and equipment hire available on request.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. For weddings and large events, four to eight weeks. Shorter lead times are sometimes possible — please get in touch.

Yes. We accommodate all common dietary requirements and allergies, including gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan and halal. Please let us know when you submit your enquiry.
For a gala or corporate anniversary we often recommend a walking dinner at restaurant quality or a seated dinner with wine pairing advice. For a stylish reception we work with high-end drinks receptions served in multiple rounds, followed by canapés with more technique than a standard finger food bite. For each format we look at staffing, flow and presentation to make sure it suits the occasion.
Yes. At KOM, full-service event catering comes as one proposal: menu, drinks, waiting staff, chefs, crockery, glassware, equipment, logistics and a single point of contact. For venues without a kitchen we bring mobile equipment. For galas and large corporate events we prepare a run-of-show schedule planned by the quarter-hour.
By making preparation more important than improvisation. A consistent process: intake, menu proposal, run-of-show schedule, final numbers one week ahead, team briefing, and a single point of contact for you on the day. On site we keep the pace and presentation tight. A large event stands or falls on the details, and we handle those before the first guest arrives.
