Which buffet suits your event?
We have buffets for every occasion and every diet. All buffets are delivered hot and set up at your venue by our team.
Italian buffet
Pasta, lasagne, risotto and Mediterranean side dishes. Available with meat or fully vegetarian. Suitable for corporate lunches and dinners.
Vegan buffet
A fully plant-based buffet with seasonal vegetables, grains and pulses. Flavourful and suitable for mixed groups.
Stamppot buffet
A hearty Dutch stamppot buffet with boerenkool, hutspot and sauerkraut, served with minced meat or braised beef and side dishes. A classic choice for winter months and staff gatherings.
Spanish buffet
Tapas, paella, stuffed peppers and Mediterranean sides. A buffet full of atmosphere for summer events, drinks receptions and themed corporate evenings.
Walking dinner buffet
A buffet-style format where courses are served in small portions. Ideal for drinks receptions and parties where guests want to mingle, chat and graze throughout the evening.
Bespoke buffet
Themed buffets, seasonal menus or a fully tailored menu. Request a quote for a bespoke proposal.
How much food per person at a buffet?
A guide for most buffets. A separate explanation covers variations by buffet type. When in doubt, we prefer to plan slightly more rather than run short.
Hot buffet
Allow around 300 grams of hot dish per person, plus 100 to 150 grams of side dishes. A little more for longer events or heartier appetites.
Cold buffet
For a cold buffet (charcuterie, salads, fish) allow an average of 200 to 250 grams per person, depending on whether bread and hot side dishes are also included.
Walking dinner
Allow 5 to 7 different small courses or variations per person. Enough variety to keep everyone satisfied throughout the evening.
How we take care of everything
All you need to provide is a table. We handle the rest.
Delivered hot
The buffet is delivered hot to your venue at the agreed time.
Set up by us
We take care of the full setup: serving dishes, chafing dishes for hot items and individual serving spoons for each dish.
On-site briefing
A team member introduces the dishes on arrival and answers any questions about allergens.
Crockery on request
Crockery and cutlery can be added for €1.65 per person. No need to source your own equipment.
