KOM Catering & Events was founded in 2020 on a straightforward conviction: good catering is not just about food, it is about direction. Who is there at the right moment, what is served at the right temperature, and who takes responsibility when things do not go to plan.
From our gas-free kitchen in Den Hoorn we cater over 500 events per year. From daily lunch deliveries to offices in The Hague to gala dinners for 800 guests in Rotterdam. From meeting catering for ministries to weddings at exceptional venues.

Paco Bleeker, owner
Paco Bleeker founded KOM Catering & Events in 2020. With a background in business administration and experience in hospitality and the events industry, he built the company around a clear principle: good catering starts with preparation.
What began as a small concept for collection and delivery grew quickly into an organisation that takes care of meetings and events for businesses, ministries and private clients.
Within KOM, Paco remains closely involved in the day-to-day work. From menu development and purchasing to staffing and on-site delivery. That combination of entrepreneurship and hands-on experience also defines how the company operates: structured in preparation, careful in execution.
Alongside running KOM, Paco is completing the wine studies programme at the Wine Academy. He draws on that knowledge when putting together wine pairings for dinners and walking dinners, where the food and wine complement each other.
His approach is direct and practical. Clear proposals, honest communication and a team that understands what an event demands.
